Who we are: We are people of all ages from everywhere and anywhere who come together in worship and service at Belmont United Methodist Church.

We are a church seeking to follow Jesus and go where love will take us. We are looking for people to join us to do justice, love kindness, and walk humbly with God. We are involved in addressing the sorrows of the world and we celebrate life as something to be enjoyed. We are a thoughtful people who want to know more. We take life seriously but try not to take ourselves too seriously. We want to do something good in the world. We believe that every member of Christ's Church has been given the ministry of reconciling the world to God. We have much to learn and to do but we trust what we do know already - that the greatest commandment is to love the Lord your God with all your heart - to give us enough reason to go forward in faith to do all the good we can and to become what we will become.
